Calendar Syncing Instructions

Stay up to date with school events by adding our calendar to your phone or computer.

Follow these steps to sync it:

For Google Calendar (Android & Desktop)

You can only add new calendars while using a web browser and not from within the Google Calendar app. Once the calendar is added, you will be able to see it in the app, too.​

  1. Open Google Calendar. 

  2. Click “+ Add other calendars” (left side).

  3. Select “From URL.”

  4. Paste this link: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/info%40tucsoncommunityschool.org/public/basic.ics

  5. Click “Add calendar.” The calendar will sync automatically.

For Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

  1. Open the Calendar app.

  2. Tap “Add Calendar” > “Subscribe to Calendar.”

  3. Paste this link: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/info%40tucsoncommunityschool.org/public/basic.ics

  4. Tap “Subscribe.” The calendar will now sync automatically.

For Outlook

  1. Open Outlook and go to Calendar.

  2. Click “Add Calendar” > “From Internet.”

  3. Paste this link: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/info%40tucsoncommunityschool.org/public/basic.ics

  4. Click “OK.” The calendar will sync automatically.
